Research On The Ideological And Political Education Of New Generation Of Migrant Workers In New Media Environments

The party and the country have always attached great importance to the issue of migrant workers.In 2010,the concept of the new generation of migrant workers was formally put forward and clearly pointed out that the problems of the new generation of migrant workers should be properly solved through effective measures.In March 2014,premier Li keqiang pointed out the proper settlement of the problem of “three hundred million people” and made the key to the development of new urbanization in China.First,we should treat it according to the standards of citizenization.The key point of the rural transfer population is to get a better solution to the problems,such as the basic public service,social security of the new generation of migrant workers.In October 2017,in general secretary Xi of the party's 19 th largest report clearly put forward to provide more help and support for rural migrant workers,enable them to obtain more entrepreneurial employment channels,develop rural economic vigorously to build the new rural construction of a harmonious civilization,so that more migrant workers can devote themselves to the rural development tide.In the process of the social construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in our country,migrant workers are an indispensable part.Them are not only the main force of urban construction,but also play a very important role at the same time of formation in the country,therefore we have to take the ideological and political education as the main fulcrum of ascension for the migrant workers' quality.Faced with the new development situation and new development environment,the contradiction between the people's ever-increasing demands for better life and the unbalanced development has become the main contradiction in our new society.Under the rising popularity of new media application,people surrounded by many ideas,some negative thoughts are also beginning to spread through the media which forming huge impact on the stability of social thoughts and the development of national economy.These negative thoughts are very powerful and highly permeable.People with higher education are not able to identify them effectively.What's more,for the migrant workers who have not received the higher education,the negative thoughts that have caused a negative impact on the spread of migrant workers.So we have to apply advanced information technology to the traditional ideological and political work of give full play to the role of new media,so that the ideological and political work more in line with the development of the situation need to obtain a new results.Specifically there will be a new media technologies will have to be fully integrated into the traditional ideological and political work,tomake good use of the advantages of the new technology,to the traditional method of experience with mobile phone as the platform or carrier in new ways and channels to strengthen the ideological and political work.Based on the development of new media comprehensive induction and summary of the current ideological and political education of new generation migrant workers issues in the process,not only is the system analysis method with the help of a questionnaire survey.In the introduction part,elaborated this article research background and objection and defining the relevant concepts of involved at this stage of the related research results,and the innovation of this paper is introduced.The text is composed of three parts:The first part of this paper took sample selection and questionnaire survey to selected topic research.Based on the development of new media background,this paper analysis the situation that new generation of migrant workers in the ideological and political education with the new media use at the present stage.The second part,through the study of the system of research results,combined with the new generation migrant workers own reflect the different characteristics of the new generation peasant workers' ideological and political education by the influence of new media and the present main problems were studied.The specific research is based on the following aspects: the education project,the educational system disorder,the main deactivation of the main education,the content of education and the failure of the method.In the third part,to ensure the development of new media,the corresponding solutions should be formulated.It will be more effective to carry out the new generation of migrant workers' ideology and politics.Based on the different angles such as the ring body and the object,this paper have done in-depth research on how to better enhance the ideological and political education of the new generation of migrant workers with the help of new media.
