Intergroup Relations And Community Governance In Heterogeneous Communities

Since the reform and opening up,economic structure has undergone enormous changes China,rapid development in decades,the governance structure of the big city also happened to turn the world upside down changes,especially the city to accelerate the process of city governance about people began to turn into the crowd and gather in the community.In the process of the city,with the accelerated development of the city,for the underdeveloped areas people rally has also increased,the flow of a lot of people,make a lot of big city into the floating population of second home.In this context,especially as wide north city,became a popular gathering place for receiving foreign population.Large city in Beijing as an example to attract a large number of foreign population,in the construction of the city has formed a distinctive form of community,community heterogeneity of many migrants and local residents living together resulting,due to the diversity of the population increased,the heterogeneity of community groups has gradually become the epitome of the whole city.This study is mainly on the research of H community present between groups of intergroup relations,by tracing the existing memory conflict,analysis of existing problems,based on Granovetter's weak joint advantage theory to the communication between groups were analyzed by the possibility of the existing block,on the path of future development of theoretical possibilities,and according to the current international world for a diverse group of community governance experience combing,found that can be used for the Chinese current city community construction factors.The purpose of this study is to make the heterogeneous community to strengthen commu nity resources flow,enhance the harmony and stability of community intergroup communication,in theory,make China the response to Granovetter on the weak ties and inter group communication point of view.This paper is divided into five chapters,the first chapter introduces the research background,significance and methods of the research;the second chapter is the theory and literature related to this research classify simple comb,aims to have previous research,establish the research direction and innovation,make a theoretical supplement and response;the third chapter and the fourth chapter is the main part of the article,mainly through the introduction of the research community,and needs analysis,to introduce some conflict existing communities,around three groups,conflict event tracking to analyze community groups international relations;the fourth chapter by chapter third of the conflict,the cause and nature began to conflict,and within the community relationship problems are analyzed;the la st chapter It is a summary and reflection of the full text.
