Research On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Daxing District Urban Management Law Enforcement

In recent years,our country's urban construction has made great progress.From the original small and medium-sized cities,and gradually to the large-scale,large urban development;from the early simple population agglomeration,to the pursuit of quality of life of urban living development.At the same time,the requirements of the general public for urban managers are also increasing,and the requirements for the theoretical knowledge and practical ability of urban management is more urgent.Although China's urban management has from just when the reform and opening up of the extensive type,authoritarian management into service,law based management has in a large extent enhance the quality of urban,maintaining the order in the city,promote the harmonious city.However,with the continuous improvement of people's living standard,the people's yearning for a better life is endless.The broad masses of the people for the requirements of traffic,environment,emergency disposal of the city's main function is more and more shoulder to shoulder in western developed countries.And our city management team,urban management,urban management regulations,urban management awareness is still limited,and the requirements of the general public are still gaps.This to a certain extent,restricted the further development of C hina's cities in scale and function,but also can not meet the current national policy to vigorously promote the construction of urbanization.Daxing District is one of Beijing County suburbs dis tance recently,city management is also a problem situation is grim.Through investigation of Daxing urban management issues,urban management and law enforcement are facing problems the main reason analysis,the trend of the future of Beijing city "urban disease" research,hope for urban management department and the relevant departments formulate the work plan and problem solving strategy to provide a reference and suggestions,so as to change the previous deficiencies in urban management.of course,is currently the policy restrictions,some reform is implemented in a certain period of time there are still difficult,but with urban management continue to explore,practice and urban infrastructure continue to improve and the safeguard measures to gradually follow-up,urban management will forward toward the direction of more scientific and more efficient,so as to adapt to people's living needs.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the purpose,significance and project of the study.The second chapter focuses on some basic theories of the current urban management and law enforcement.The third chapter focuses on the current situation of Daxing District urban management and law enforcement.The fourth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the problems in the last chapter.The fifth chapter is the conclusion.
