Reach On The Party’s Grass-root Organizational Construction Under The Perspective Of Public Administration

With the further development of economic and social construction, the construction of Party is becoming more and more important, especially the construction of grass-root party. The grass-root party construction could not only strengthen the party’s governing capacity, but also more importantly drives the development of grass-root career, promotes the work of grass-root villages and towns, counties and communities being carried out smoothly, increases the benefit of non-public enterprises, helps the form of friendly neighborhood, and keeps the society harmonious and steady. What’s more, it is particularly important that how to make grass-root party members execute their rights well, truly implement grass-root democracy, and realize the grass-root democratic governance in real meaning.The essay is mainly divided into four parts. The first part briefly introduces the definition of’governance’and through introducing the theory of public governance, the grass-root construction and governance of the Party are effectively connected.
