As a new way of political democracy in the popularization and application of internet in our country,the network political affairs not only expand the space for citizens to participate in politics in our country,but also become a new platform for the free expression of all sectors of society,and have become an important channel for the party and government leading cadres to communicate with the people and gather people's wisdom in the era of informationization.It is of great significance for promoting the development of socialist democracy in our country and for building a harmonious socialist society.As a new form of democratic politics,how to avoid network politics is only "a gust of wind" or just asking questions,and on the basis of grasping the stage characteristics of network politics and asking us to conduct political consultation on theinternet analyze the existing problems and formulate corresponding perfect countermeasures so as to ensure the normalization and long-term efficiency of political affairs in the network and promote the political democratization in our country.This article is based on browsing and analyzing our country's important network political platform,studying a large number of research papers about the network politics and the information system about the politics and politics of our country promulgated.First of all,it has sorted out the history of the development of network politicas in our country.According to the different characteristics of the development of network politicas in our country,the stages of politics and politics development were divided into stages of inception,stage of development,stage of development,stage of steady development and stage of system development.On the basis of the systematic development of the system of political questioning and administration,this paper elaborates the institutional motivation and significance of the network political questioning.Secondly,From the two levels of the central and local governments,we have sorted out the status quo of the system construction of political and ethical networks in our country.through combing and analyzing the present situation of network politics and politics in our country,we put forward some problems in the development of politics and politics in our country,Including government responsiveness,netizen irrational behavior,online media anomie behavior,network politics platform problems,and then from the institutional point of view of the above problems are analyzed;Finally,on the basis of the institutionalization of the reasons,put forward to improve our country the countermeasures for network political affairs include: strengthening the construction of political and legal system on the Internet;establishing a safeguard system of network political response;realizing the situation of asking,answering and seeking answers through the assessment,supervision and accountability of the network political and government response.Strengthen institutionalized construction of internet users and online media levels,unify planning of network political platform construction,and realize the linkage of network political platforms among different regions.From the perspective of institutionalization,we should perfect the development of political affairs in our country and ensure the normal operation of political affairs in order to achieve the normalization and long-term effectiveness of political affairs in the network.
