In recent years,there are more and more cases of sexual abuse under the age of14 in China,attracted wide attention from society.The age of sexual assault and harassment is decreasing,more than half of the acquaintances,the proportion of girls in the victims is far higher than that of the boys,and left behind girls are high risk groups.And found in the survey,Most children are not aware of the concept of privacy,lack of general knowledge of physical health,self-protection and self-protection.However,under the influence of traditional culture and Chinese conservative thoughts,children's sex education in China has been in a vacancy,or even a blank state.The parents of the children left behind in the countryside are not around,family sex education vacancy;Most rural schools have not offered sex education courses.In view of this situation,the group of left behind children needs social efforts for their sex education.This article takes the rural left behind girls in the town of Jv as the research object,a group education is carried out in group work.Provide physiological health and health knowledge,help service objects,enhance self protection awareness and ability to prevent sexual assault.In the early stage of the project,through questionnaires and interviews,the left behind girls,parents and schools were investigated,evaluation of service object requirements.On this basis,design team work plan based on psychoanalytic theory,social learning theory and cognitive development theory.The group includes love,let us know each other,explore the mysteries of the body,grow up in a healthy classroom,attract the opposite sex,they are big wolf,learn to protect themselves,and harvest and grow,a total of seven events.The purpose of the group is to enable the team members to learn and master certain physiological and health knowledge and have healthy sexual psychology,enhance the awareness and ability of self protection in prevention of aggression,promote their physical and mental health growth.Process assessment and result assessment are applied to group work service,process assessment includes team performance,school teacher satisfaction,social worker self-assessment and team member evaluation;Results the evaluation was conducted by comparing the scores of pre-test and post test.Evaluation resultsshow,The sex education group of the left behind girls has positive effects on the sex education of the clients,but there are still some problems,the author makes a summary and Reflection on this.School-age children need appropriate sex education,carrying out sex education requires parents,schools and society to cooperate with each other,at the same time,we need to combine sexual physiology,sexual psychology and sexual morality.
