Research On Implementation Of The Court's Judicial Quota In L

Judicial Quota,as the core of the personnel system of classified management in Judicial System Reform,has always been the key role in the reform.It is also the focus of attention from all walks of life.To promote the reform of Judicial Quota actively and improve the judicial credibility,as the experimental unit,the court in L takes the lead in Judicial Quota under the uniform deployment of the Supreme People's Court in accordance with the overall deployment of Judicial System Reform.To meet the need of this special period,this paper researched Judicial Quota's characteristic and the implementation of Judicial Quota,combining theory and regional pilot practice,putting forward the concrete operation to realize the optimization of purpose of Judicial Quota.Firstly,the paper expounds the system requirements of Judicial Quota and the research results of Judicial Quota.According to the literature research method,the author clarifies Judicial Quota's concept,the development of Judicial Quota.Secondly,the paper expounds the implementation of Judicial Quota,and the problems and causes of problems of the implementation of Judicial Quota.Use the SWOT method to analyze the status quo of Judicial Quota.Use comparative method to analyze the change of the system requirements in the reform.Use questionnaire survey method to find the problems of the implementation of Judicial Quota.Through the above researches,we concluded that the order of the judge in L city court should be further improved.In conclusion,using the comparative research method,the author compared Z and Y city's reform experience and adopted the program that is fit for L.On the basis of combining with actual experience in the region,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of operable and make prospective suggestions according to the current status of the judge system reform specific.This paper argues that,to guarantee results of Judicial Quota in L,we need to use scientific way of measuring,strengthen the understanding of Judicial Quota,improve the existing system,optimize the allocation of resources and speed up the protect measures implementation.So as to optimize the structure of trial team,build a standardized and professional team.
