The Research Of Aviation Cyber Terrorism Crime

With the rapid development of high technology,the Internet has played a more and more important part in modern society.Indeed,it makes our life more convenient.However,it also provides a room for crime.Many traditional crimes,such as fraud and money laundry,make the cyberspace becoming their new battlefield.Terrorism also do that and then a new form of terrorism,cyber terrorism,which contains the factor of Internet appears.Aviation industry is a kind of national high-tech industry which plays a very important role in promoting national economic and guaranteeing the transportation of citizen if it is goes well.However,once it is attacked,there will be a great damage for our country and people which caters to the purpose of criminals.The paper contains two parts.The first part is an overview of the cyber terrorist crime that endangering aviation security.The concept of aviation security and cyber terrorist crime is expounded.Analyzing the reasons for the frequent occurrence of terrorist crimes in this field based on the characteristics of the aviation industry;according to the role of network,the crime is divided into two categories and its specific forms are analyzed by cases;comparing two kinds of aviation cyber terrorism crime,with related traditional crimes are compared from the aspects of crime purpose and consequences.The second part is the research on the prevention and control measures of cyber terrorist crimes which are harmful to aviation security.Studying existing prevention and control measures of the international organization and the western countries based on Britain and America in the aspects of legislation,system and technology.Summarizing the experience that can be drawn for our country.Finally,on the basis of the existing prevention and control measures in my country,putting forward some suggestion for the legislative,institutional and technical countermeasures.
