Teachers’ social responsibilities are the moral responsibilities of teachers.The highest expression of professional liability and legal responsibility is aprerequisite for the teaching profession and a manifestation of the trueteachers’conscience. PE teachers are to train the younger generation community andimprove the quality of direct participants. Also, education social responsibility is to beachieved by the help of a PE teacher. Currently, the PE teacher’s role in society hasundergone profound changes, the role of social responsibility to produce even moresignificant. To strengthen the PE teacher and give full play to the social role of sportteachers, in this paper I will choose12secondary schools in Anning District ofLanzhou City as positive places, using literature data, questionnaires, interviews, fieldsurvey to investigate the status of PE teachers to fulfill their social responsibilitiesand problems, and then propose specific ways to return a PE teacher’s socialresponsibility. Through empirical research, this paper draw the following conclusions.(1) attitude is better, but there are significant problems in the implementation. Some teachers are not prepared even before the class lesson plans, sothat virtually affected the teaching of PE teachers.At the same time, this would alsoindulge the sports teaching like "End Task" type.This is a big problem about theprofessional liability loss of PE teachers.(2) In Anning District of Lanzhou City, Moral sense of responsibility is not strongamong middle school PE teachers.They can not be just and equitable, honest andselfless to treat every student. Due to good scores in sports management too loose,resulting in students who brazenly on physical education. So this will deepenedresentment in students who do not fall in love with sports scores or poor physicaleducation. Making physical education into a sports “haven” for students with goodresults, a sports “hell” for bad grades students.(3) In Anning District of Lanzhou City, PE teachers have a strong sense ofresponsibility for law and be able to fulfill their legal responsibilities, but there are legal liability slack phenomenon.They believe in peace as long as the studentsfinished on physical education, nothing on the line. So some PE teachers will beabsent for no reason.This question worth pondering the Anning District of LanzhouCity and the relevant Education Sector.(4) In Anning District of Lanzhou City, sports teacher’s sense of social responsibilityis becoming weaker. Mainly in the lack of dedication and devotion to the spirit, weaksense and moral anomie in the profession.(5) I suggest that the education authorities should strengthen the institution buildingand school management to prevent the responsibility weakening of physical educationteachers.We should respect, care and train the PE teachers at the school level tostimulate PE teacher’s responsibility. We should respect the PE teacher, so they willhave a sense of belonging. Therefore, a PE teacher will be able to treat each student asense of responsibility. This will be the school’s best performance of the importanceof education.We should care about each PE teacher’s working condition and behaviorand let each PE teachers be more aggressive into the cause of physical education.Only in this way can we inspire the teachers’ sense of social responsibility. At theindividual level, PE teachers in Anning District of Lanzhou City should enhance theirown learning to promote the generation of responsibility.
