In recent years, more and more youth problems left behind by the concerns of the community, special age, physical, mental and uneven development, coupled with perennial stay rural youths staying at the same issue in the face of growing a lot more prone to behavioral problems or deviant behavior and become a great need special attention and help groups. Introverted young people remaining in rural areas is a major manifestation of deviant behavior as eccentric self-esteem, depression retreat, general and severe self-injurious behavior, has a hidden, changes, easy straightening and other characteristics of a very significant impact on the healthy growth of young people left behind a class deviant behavior. Some academics and scholars in the past to stay on the characteristics of adolescent deviant behavior, influencing factors and interventions do some exploring, but for young people to stay in rural areas that exist for the existence of more hidden introversion deviance and social work intervention research basically no.In this paper, the literature analysis, unstructured interviews and participatory observation and so on survey research methods will be mainly used. On the basis of deeply understanding domestic and foreign scholars' related research on left-behind teenagers and adolescents deviation behavior, the author select X D county middle school where the rural left-behind teenagers are more concentrated as the research point, to get a thorough understanding of rural left-behind adolescents' hidden introversion deviation behavior. This paper will present left-behind teenagers' forms and characteristics of introversion deviant behavior in the form of a practical case in detail,and will analyze the influence factor of rural left-behind teenagers'introversion deviant behavior from the perspective of social professional theory.And then provide related theory and data support for later scholars to have a comprehensive understanding of the rural left-behind teenagers introversion deviation behavior.Finally, after having a comprehensive understanding of the rural left-behind adolescents' introversion deviant behavior in our country,the author will use the theory of attachment theory and social system theory as the theory basis,and then will be in accordance with the forms and features of the introversion deviation behavior, to explore under the guidance of the professional social work principles and skills how to use the demand oriented theme group work intervention method and how to use case work to intervene individual members' deviant behaviors in the group. In the paper, the author will make different combination of social work intervention strategy to help left-behind teenagers who have introversion deviation behaviors to overcome various unfavorable factors which are formed by the remaining, solve the problem and troubles of its growth and guide them to lead a healthy growth.
