The Practice Research On The Group Work Intervention Of Adolescent Deviant Behavior

With the diversity of ideology and culture and the popularity of big data on the Internet,the freedom of adolescents to choose their own behavior is constantly increasing,which makes the binding force of mainstream values on them gradually decline,and the problem of adolescents' behavioral deviation is highlighted.At present,the correction of deviant behavior of adolescents by the relevant functional departments in our country has two main aspects: one is to return to the ordinary campus,supplemented by psychological counseling;the other is to intervene in the combination of non-professional administrative ideological education and judicial turn.For the study of adolescent behavioral deviation,from the perspective of social work intervention,with theoretical research as the leading,case intervention or a single category of deviant behavior-oriented related research,few adolescents from this group,the use of group work methods,the problem of adolescent behavioral deviation classification and interpretation,analysis of the existence of these deviant behavior behind.Common problems.Therefore,in view of the main manifestations and characteristics of adolescents' behavioral deviation,different classifications,its causes and how to prevent and rectify them,this paper puts forward corresponding programs in order to guide adolescents' behavioral choices and realize the regularization of adolescents' ideological and behavioral.This study is mainly carried out from the following aspects: Firstly,with the social work intervention of deviant adolescents as the theme,the adolescents of Wuzhong Community Summer Holiday Trusteeship Class in Fruit Lake Street as the research object,the research track and practical results of adolescent deviant behavior are sorted out,the existing characteristics and research perspectives are summarized,and the research direction of this paper is clarified;Through on-the-spot interviews to predict the main needs of the research subjects,and through data integration and data analysis,the different needs of the research subjects are classified.The deviant behavior of W adolescents in space is divided into four categories: bad habits,learning maladjustment,violations of discipline and aggressive behavior.Then group work is selected as the service method of this social work practice and carried out separately.Five group activities were conducted to explore and analyze the practice of adolescent deviant behavior intervention,and then to analyze,study and summarize the whole intervention process and effect.Finally,the application of group social work skills and evaluation methods were discussed and reflected.Based on the results of the study,the inadequacies of group work intervention were summarized and reflected,and the intervention methods,processes,and methods were put forward.The evaluation of the relevant recommendations and improvement strategies to improve the effectiveness of social work interventions and to promote the development of youth social work related practical work and localization,provide some useful empirical data and evidence.Through the above research,social work can make the following suggestions for the healthy development of adolescents: using group work as a professional social work service to help correct adolescents' deviant behavior;guiding family and peer support to help correct adolescents' deviant behavior;striving for support from social resources to help correct adolescents' deviant behavior;attracting support from national policies;Help correct adolescent deviant behavior.
