The 21st century is the time of innovation which is becoming the attention focus.Making innovations is related with the survival and development of school while the education reformation is deepened.At present,the study on the relationship between organization climate for innovation and innovative actions of individual is in the background of company.The study on school organization climate for innovation and innovative actions of middle school teachers is rare.This study is bases on a large number of document literatures,analysis and summary of the theories on organize climate for innovation,psychological capital,and innovative actions.The methods are literature,interviewing and questionnaire survey.The object is middle school teachers.The study results are discussed,the proposals are offered,after revised the questionnaires of school organization climate for innovation and psychological capital of middle school teachers,analyzed the present situation of innovative actions of middle school teachers by the self-designed questionnaire,analyzed the data of school organization climate for innovation,psychological capital of middle school teachers and the mechanism of innovative actions.The study results:1.The self-designed questionnaire on the innovative actions of middle school PE teachers,which is include the dimensions of originality creation and originality implement.The cronbach a is 0.819(The Cronbach a of originality creation is 0.742,and originality implement is 0.756).The questionnaire is tested by structural equation model.The result shows:GFI?IFI?AGFI?NFI?CFI?TLI>0.9,RMSEA<0.08.The structure validity is good.2.Sex can't affect psychological capital and the innovative actions of middle school teachers.3.Quality of school can affect psychological capital and the innovative actions of middle school teachers obviously.The psychological capital and the innovative actions of teachers in key middle school are higher than the ones in ordinary middle school.4.Teaching age can affect psychological capital and the innovative actions of middle school teachers distinctly.The marks of 11-20 teaching years old teachers is higher sharply than the ones of teachers who is younger than 10 teaching years or older than 20 teaching years.There is no difference between the other two.5.School organization climate for innovation can affect the creative actions of middle school PE teachers positively.6.School organization climate for innovation can affect the psychological capital of middle school PE teachers positively.7.The psychological capital of middle school PE teachers can affect their creative actions positively.8.The psychological capital is the intermediary between the school organization climate for innovation and the creative actions of middle school PE teachers.
