Along with the positive psychology's and positive organizational behavior's booming, psychological capital becomes a new concept in recent years. People pay more and more attention to it. But previous studies are mainly for enterprise employees. Those research results revealed that these variables are significantly correlated such as psychological capital,organizational commitment, job satisfaction, working performance and other work attitudes and results. This study is aimed at middle school teacher; this group is a special one. This exploratory research focuses on teachers' psychological capital, salary satisfaction and organizational commitment. And it further discusses how to promote the salary satisfaction, and enhance teachers' level of organizational commitment by raising psychological capital of middle school teachers, so as to ultimitely improve the teaching effects and job performance, and ensure the high quality of teaching work.This study chooses literature review, depth interview, questionnaire, factor analysis and path analysis to explore the relationship between middle school teachers' psychological capital and organizational commitment under China background.And it will also explore that how salary satisfaction affects the relationship between middle school teachers' psychological capital and organizational commitment.After numerous literature reviews, this paper presents mediating role model that assumes salary satisfaction play intermediary function between psychological capital and organizational commitment. The study's results:Middle school teachers' psychological capital and organizational commitment have significantly positive correlation. And middle school teachers' psychological capital and pay satisfaction have positively related, at the same time, pay satisfaction and organizational commitment level also have significant positive correlation. Pay satisfaction plays significant partial intermediary role between psychological capital and organizational commitment.
