On the basis of the relevant theories and researches, the study combines the research methods such as documentary analysis, interview, questionnaire survey. The questionnaire survey covers more than 5500 subjects from many cities in Manny Provinces Such as Guangdong, Guangxi, Hebei, Fujian, Hubei and so on. There are six aspects that are mainly focused on in this paper: first, the content and structure of Primary and Secondary School Teacher's Psychological Capital(PSSTPC); second, the difference of PSSTPC with demographic and organizational variables; third, the influence of organization on PSSTPC; fourth, the effect of PSSTPC on Teacher's job performance. fifth, the effect of PSSTPC on Teacher's Job involvement and Burnout; and the last one is the cross-level mediation and Moderation mechanisms between PSSTPC, organizational supportive climate and Teacher's result variables. The conclusions are as follows.1. The Primary and Secondary School Teacher's Psychological Capital(PSSTPC) consists of seven factors, namely, optimism, hope, confidence/ self-efficacy, modest, gratitude, altruism, EQ/emotion intelligence.2. The obvious diversity exists in the PSSTPC whose demographic characteristics vary by gender, length of service, educational background, marital status, type of school.3. After HLM(hierarchical linear modeling), it is found that the school supportive climate intensify PSSTPC.4. The efffcet of PSSTPC on the Results-orientation performance is stronger than which on the behavior-orientation performance; and the effect of PSSTPC on the contextual performance is stronger than which on the task performance; The PSSTPC of 7 factors have incremental validity.5. The PSSTPC intensify Primary and Secondary School Teacher's job involvement, while weaken their job burnout. The reason may lies in that PSSTPC supply energy and intensify job identity .6. Through HLM(hierarchical linear modeling), the study show the PSSTPC work as mediator between the school supportive climate and job satisfaction, task performance,job involvement and job burnout; When it comes to interpersonal interaction job performance, the mediation of PSSTPC was not found.7. The school supportive climate work as moderator between the PSSTPC and task performance. It is a moderated mediation model when it refer to school supportive climate, PSSTPC and task performance.
