Primary pupils' learning motivation and low interest in learning, often directly affects the teaching quality. As everyone knows, each school students is not a single life, is rich and colorful and full of many possible life, they contain huge potential, the future is infinite possibility, in the teaching process, how to mobilize students' learning initiative, enthusiasm, it is said, how will the possibility exists of itself advantage of primary pupils into reality, how to improve the quality of learning is an important subject in primary school teachers in the new period.Research found that, teachers language incentives to mobilize, promoting students' emotion and mood, has the extremely important impetus, the positive energy and promote comprehensive development of students. In the past the traditional process of primary school education, tend to focus on "Teacher centered", "to teaching oriented", the lack of students encouragement, but also to suppress the students' initiative and creativity, become the education process into a "bystander" and "object", is disadvantageous to produce the needed time talent.Since 90 time, language incentive began gradually from an educational method and educational means to become a new educational thought, and formed a corresponding incentive education theory and incentive education practice. Based on the research of primary school teachers' language motivation as the breakthrough point, study, through literature research, investigation, analysis, summary of primary school teachers' language incentive existing experience, problems and rules, actively explore strategies of countermeasures, and finally causes the social language incentive for attention, and gradually get scientific application in Teaching practice.The first chapter mainly introduces the teachers of primary school language motivation theory related, mainly involves the connotation, teaching language incentive feature definition and its necessity, possibility of language motivation of primary school teachers, primary school students' physical and mental development of contradictions and so on.The second chapter mainly introduces the teachers are language school incentive problem. Through the investigation, statistics and analysis of the problem, mainly related to the "teachers of the language incentive degree of attention", "language teacher incentive implementation", "language incentive object", "language incentive frequency", "language incentive diversity", "language motivation emotion", "language incentive way," "the language incentive timing" and so on, and then reveals the invalidity, contradictory language school teacher incentive.Causes to the third chapter of the primary school teacher's language incentive problem:the reason of primary school teacher,the reason of student, the reason of environment.The fourth chapter mainly introduces how to improve the incentive effect of the strategy of teacher's language. Mainly involves four aspects, one is to comprehensively grasp the "language teacher incentive" rule, this is the premise of motivation; one is to improve the teachers "quality", the role model of language motivation; one is to promote the students "all-round development" is the fundamental way to improve the language incentive; one is to improve the "environment" is the language incentive successful emotional security.
