Motivation refers to the process by which the motivators are motivated and encouraged to produce an intrinsic driving force and to advance the motivated person to the desired goal.And incentive education mainly refers to teachers' motivation to educate students and promote their development.Many educational researchers at home and abroad study improper incentive education is very few,and the more detailed classification of the classification of age and sub level is less.As a major turning point in the history of individual psychological development,primary school teachers should use appropriate incentive education and take appropriate incentives to give full play to the effectiveness of the incentive.Under effective encouragement,teachers can not only finish teaching tasks perfectly,but also promote students' academic progress and all-round development of personality.However,there are still many problems in the implementation of incentive education in primary school teaching,life and campus activities.In this study,through consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literature,the author selected four primary school teachers in Tongliao,Inner Mongolia,as the investigation object.Through questionnaire survey,interview and observation,the author found four problems in the implementation process of the incentive education in the primary school stage: some teachers' Incentive concept is not correct,some teachers do not correct a correct incentive attitude and some teachers are excited.The way of encouragement is lack of science and flexibility,and some teachers' incentive time and degree are not proper.The main reasons are from four aspects: the factors of the school system,the personal factors of teachers,the parents' factors and the students' factors,and some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to the problems,namely,the school: to build the incentive school culture;teachers: to guide teachers to master correct excitation The idea and method of encouragement.parents should communicate and collaborate with teachers in a timely manner,and establish incentive mechanism for the integration of home and school.This study mainly includes six parts: the first part expounds the background of the study,the purpose and significance of the study and summarizes the literature review at home and abroad;the second part defines the main concepts of undue incentive education and the theoretical basis for determining the research;the third part describes the research methods,tools,objects and steps of the article;the fourth part reveals and analyzes the small part of the study.The present situation and problems of teachers' improper incentive education behavior;the fifth part puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems in the present situation;the sixth part of the concluding remarks.
