From the present situation of the development of private primary and secondary schools,some private primary and secondary schools have a good development and sound system.There are many teachers in private schools,such as large liquidity,not strong sense of teachers' belonging,no sense of security,and lack of enthusiasm for teachers' work,which restricts the teaching quality of private primary and secondary schools.The improvement of the quantity and the future development of the school.By implementing incentive measures,school administrators can stimulate teachers' potential and inspire teachers' initiative and creativity.Through encouragement,teachers will advance towards the right track and direction to manage.However,there must be a correct theory to guide teachers.This paper tries to enrich the theoretical content of teachers' incentive,improve the school management theory,and study teachers' incentive has very important practical significance: it is beneficial to carry out the teachers' laws and regulations in an all-round way,and to put teachers' rights and interests to real place;it is beneficial to the school.To cultivate excellent teachers and innovative talents,enhance the competitive ability of schools,to better encourage teachers' collective,to cultivate collective honor and team spirit,to provide management reference for local private schools,and to study the current situation and Countermeasures of private primary and secondary school teachers through the study of domestic and foreign literature.Less.Therefore,how to motivate private primary and secondary school teachers and improve the enthusiasm of teachers has become an urgent problem to be explored.This paper is based on the research on the motivation of primary and secondary school teachers in the private XXX schools in Dancheng County of Henan Province,based on the theory of Hertz Berg's dual factor theory,and through the methods of consulting literature,questionnaire and case.According to the investigation of the present situation,the status quo and the status quo of the satisfaction of the primary and secondary school teachers in private XXX schools,the present situation of the private XXX schools is summarized.In the salary and welfare,the teachers think that the salary of the school is low and the welfare is low;on the work guarantee,the teachers think the work is not stable and insecure;in the working environment,the teachers think that In the quality of leadership,teachers believe that leadership is high and responsible;in organizational fairness,teachers believe that promotion is unfair and the standard is vague;in the growth and development,teachers think the lecture is not strong and the opportunity to go out is few.Through the investigation and the actual investigation,we find the question of the private XXX school.The problem is: lack of incentive and welfare incentive;teachers' desire for work to be guaranteed;work environment needs to be improved;organizational justice needs to be improved;teachers' growth and development demand is large;countermeasures are put forward for the problems existing in primary and secondary school teachers in private XXX schools.Welfare;give teachers more care and respect,meet teachers' sense of belonging and security,standardize the competition system,create a harmonious competitive environment,unified promotion standards,improve teachers' development space,increase the investment of teacher training,meet the needs of teachers' development;Through the study of the current situation of primary and middle school teachers' incentive in private schools,find out the reasons and build incentive countermeasures,thus provide reference for local private primary and secondary school teachers,enrich the incentive theory basis,provide countermeasures for the managers to implement teacher incentives,and improve teachers' enthusiasm by implementing teachers' incentives.It improves teachers' enthusiasm for work,improves teachers' working efficiency and improves teachers' work performance.
