One of the basic literacy for the personnel of science popularization is the correct understanding of scientific knowledge, scientific method, scientific thought and scientific spirit. View of nature of science reflects the results of science curriculum and embodies the scientific literacy about the Master of Science Popularization. However, there is no research about the Master of Science Popularization currently in our country. Therefore, the research about Factors of the Master of Science Popularization' View of Nature of Science not only conducive to the cultivation of the Master of Science Popularization in the future, but also can help rich the essence achievements of scientific research.In this paper, the research object is the Master of Science Popularization in Huazhong University of Science and Technology. The comparison between the year of 2013 and the year of 2014 finds that the Master of Science Popularization' view of nature of science is unbalance.Four aspects of level have significant differences, including the tentative nature of scientific knowledge, the theory-laden nature of scientific knowledge, the difference between observation and inference in science, the social and cultural embedded of scientific knowledge. And the remaining three aspects have no significant differences. It is the empirical nature of scientific knowledge, the function and relations between scientific theories and laws, the roles of creativity and imagination in science research.The influencing Factors mainly include two aspects,according to the results of follow-up interviews. One is the diversified curriculum, which provided another way of thinking to the engineering background students. The other is the rich practical experience, giving them a open vision and deep identity of the science popularization career.
