The eighth Chinese civic scientific literacy survey published by the Association for science and technology China 2010 showed:In 2010, The Chinese civic scientific literacy is only the equivalent of the main developed countries and areas in twentieth Century at the end of the 80's level.There is a big gap between china and the main devoloped countries.Thus, the promotion of civic scientific literacy in China still has a long way to go.The research findings of <The Cultivation of College Student Scientific Literacy Based on the General Education Culture>concerns that college Students' scientific literacy also is not optimistic, either liberal arts or science, the scientific literacy of students need to improve the overall, and the lectures for science communication should be taken seriously as important position in improving college students' scientific literacy.Therefore,it's urgent to study on the related issues abour lectures for science communication in college.However,there is a big problem of the apparently arbitrary nature of the lecture for science communication in college and there is a lack of effective assessment and management.This study is based on the background, through the research method of the combination of quality and quantity, finding out the factors of influencing the effect of lectures for science communication,and the indication system of lecture evaluation.If we have this indication system of lecture evaluation,we can estimate the lecture more convenient, and manage the lecture better.The main part of this study are as follows:(1)Through One-on-one interviews, the author summed up the influencing factors mainly included: 1, the lecture content itself, for example,the lecture show something new,a lecture with professional depth and soon;.2,the speaker,including the speaker's excellent personal qualities and their teaching skills; 3,the audience,such as the the degree of audience's interest,if they have a certain a prior knowledge, actively participate in interactive; 4,organizational factors, including time,place, equipment, order,and Auxiliary materials etc.(2)Through interviewing method and documentary study, summarizes the effect of lecture for science communication and it's dimension.It includes: engagement, skills and methods, enlighten, awareness and attitudes, knowledge, interest, behavior intention. Then operationalization for this seven indication.Design items Can be used to measure the behavior and attitude.Finally get the evaluation indication system of lecture for science communication of college.(3)According to the evaluation indication system of lecture for science communication's effect in college design the questionnaire to evaluate the effect of lecture for science communication. through the investigation method of the questionnaire, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested to prove this evaluation indication system is reasonable and effective.
