With the excellent coaching staff, great court performance, solid basic skills, high-level tactics, and stable psychological preparation, the women's varsity v olleyball team of Shandong Normal University has become one of the best national w omen's college teams. Shandong Normal University's Women's varsity volleyball tea m starts to participate in the national college volleyball league in 2006, and won the c hampionship in 2008 as the first time, then 4 more times in a row. In addition, the tea m has achieved outstanding results in national and international official tournaments, i ncluding representing as the Chinese college team.In the sport of volleyball, the physical quality is the guaranty, the technique is the foundation of the tactics, and the tactic is the concentrated reflection of techniques.
