Studies Of The Government Employment Assistance Of Poor College Students In Shenyang City

With the popularization of higher education, more and more students are confronted with the problem of unemployment; the students with special family circumstances and growth experience have more difficulty in employment. The poor college students due to their own limitations and social impact of the competitive environment are often at a disadvantage in the employment status of the environment. Compared with the college students who come from better conditions, the poor students lagged behind the signing time; in the signature rate is obviously low, significant deviation in career positions. For poor students, how the government provides effective employment assistance measures is a serious problem. This thesis uses such theory such as New Public Service Theory, and uses such methods as documents analysis, investigating analysis and comparative analysis. By observing and studying the current situation of the government employment assistance of poor college students in Shenyang, we propose suggestions of improving the government employment assistance, which is a reference value for better government employment assistance.It focuses on the development process of the government employment assistance, measures and the conditions are described in detail. At the same time, the measures which are taken by other provinces and cities governments and the problems of the government employment assistance of poor college students in the implemented process are elaborated. Finally, we propose the suggestions of improving the government employment assistance.
