| Under the new curriculum idea,questioning teaching in new classroom teaching mode can also help students to better analyze the problems and improve the efficiency of the classroom, so teachers still attach great importance to this skill. At present, the domestic and international research on classroom questioning is mostly at the theoretical level. The research on the combination of subject teaching theory and practice is not enough, so this research has a strong necessity.My paper has been researched by ways of literature research,question cure study,and compare.In the paper the functions of class questioning,and the concept and characteristics of effective questions are described, and then through the questionnaire survey, the senior high school biology classroom teaching situation is studied. According to the survey results, it is found that in the high school biology classroom teaching teachers do not according to certain rules to grasp the classroom questioning, optional is big, there are a lot of problems, causes not to be able to improve students’ learning initiative, serious impact on the efficiency of the classroom.For these phenomenons,use the cognitive load theory and the latest development area theory,the author puts forward a "three stages eight combination" strategy.The article also stressed teachers should encourage students to actively evaluate after the students’ responses,in order to improve the students ’ enthusiasm to participate in the response, to cultivate students’ comprehensive ability.Through the practical analysis of effective questioning in classroom teaching cases,the author draws the conclusion that teachers should design the concise and scientific combination,subjectivity and interesting combination, inspiration and exploratory combination problems.When the question is put forward,it should focus on the combination of timely and targeted, moderation and gradual, interaction and cooperation. In the evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed problem, we should pay attention to the combination of effectiveness and flexibility, hierarchy and incentive. This is the " three stages eight combination" strategy. |
