Classroom teaching and questioning is the most commonly used as a teaching method,which is an important way to continue the teacher-student dialogue.Questioning plays a crucial role in reaching the goal of teaching.Therefore,the research on effective classroom questioning has important practical significance.The status adopts questionnaires,interviews and classroom observation of effective questioning,the author summarizes the factors affecting classroom effective questioning.Besides,through continuous review and reflection of teaching process,the author proposes effective questioning optimization strategies to junior middle school,which has a certain reference value of implementation of effective questioning biology.After investigation,the junior middle school biology classroom effective question situation can be summarized from two aspects:(1)positive aspects:1.Teachers of classroom questions have more comprehensive understanding of effectively;2.The teacher has good application of classroom questioning;3.Most of the students can realize the effect of classroom questioning,willing to ask their teachers;(2)problem:1.The cognitive level problem proportion is too large;2.The teachers understanding of the process of effective question inaccurate;3.Ask questions in the process of teacher lack of patience and guidance.The study founds that the factors of junior middle school biology class effective questioning mainly include in the following five aspects.Firstly,language of question and tone;Secondly,the settings of the questions;Thirdly,the selection of the answering objects;Fourthly,the answering time;The last item is the feedback language.The author combines questionnaires,interviews and relevant classroom observations and draws a conclusion.Moreover,the author makes a series of instructional design using factors of junior high school biology effective questioning as independent variables.In addition,the author has proposed classroom effective optimization strategies after lots of practice.(A) The strategies of question design. Students’ cognitive structure should be fully considered with the targeted purpose and rational uses.Different kindsof issues should be used properly and the proportion of the comprehensive evaluation model problems can be increased,with expression being clear and reasonable.(B) The effectiveness of the policy.The Question makers should articulate with coherent statement,and the tone should be challenging and inspiring. In accordance with the principles of fairness,a combination of collective and individual answers is better.The answering time should be reasonably considered in different circumstance.The feedback should be timely and clear.
