An Innovative Study On The Models Of Honor And Disgrace Education Of Women College Students

With the closing of the 18th Congress of China's Communist Party and the establishment of socialist core values, all sectors of society tend to pay attention to carry out the socialist core values practically. Colleges and universities are the forefront of ideological and political education. Thus, it is extremely significant to attach importance to the education of socialist core values among undergraduates. Moreover, the honor and disgrace education of female college students has close relation to the physical and psychological health and the future development. It is also a part of socialist core values and increasingly draws the attention of scholars.With the development of colleges and universities, the number of female student is becoming a large part of it. The specialty of female college students has increased the difficulties in educational management. Along with the flourish of multiculturalism in background of modernization, different cultural values impact mutually and shock traditional morality. People's ideas, lifestyles and value orientation will certainly diverse under this background, which brings about various challenges to education of socialist core values. Hence we are supposed to attach great importance to honor and disgrace education of female college students so as to ensure their physical and mental health.I would take XXX University as an example and make analysis of evolution, challenges, problems and causes of honor and disgrace education of female college students in this thesis. On the basis of analysis, innovative ideas would be proposed to strengthen honor and disgrace education of female college students in better ways as well as further improve effectiveness of it.The part of introduction is mainly about the significance of the topic theoretically and practically. A general description of concept, features and formation as well as the analysis of the basic approach, principle and current research status of education of socialist core values are also presented in this part. Besides, the necessity of innovation research on honor and disgrace education of female college students is expressed.The first part is about the connotation and significance of honor and disgrace education of female college students. Through the analysis of meaning, essence, correct values and basic forms of honor and disgrace education of female college students, the basic content of the education is proposed. The realistic significance of honor and disgrace education of female college students in their personality cultivation, college development and social life is illustrated in this part.The second part is mainly about the history and the realistic challenges of honor and disgrace education of female college students. The characteristics of time spirit are different in stage of initial phase, reform and development and modernization construction. Thus, the concept of honor and disgrace is different in historical development and the education of it reflects feature of the times. In new period, the honor and disgrace education of female college students is affecting by gender roles, multiculturalism, social background and multimedia and others. As a consequence, we should enhance the honor and disgrace education of female college students through combining the essence of traditional honor and disgrace values and the current spirit of the age.The third part presents the problems and causes of honor and disgrace education of female students. The problems at present are abstract purpose, single form, conventional method and unrealistic content. What cause these problems are weak education on concept of honor and disgrace, much focus on form rather than content, pursuit of work performance rather than effectiveness of weak education on concept of honor.The fourth part gives innovative ideas about the honor and disgrace education of female college students. In this education, female college students has specialty compared with male students. However, most universities especially women's universities have ignored this specialty and adopted educational model that has no pertinence to female college students, which brought about unsatisfactory result. For that reason, measures and steps are supposed to be taken such as enhancing creativity of honor and disgrace education of female college students, renewing education idea of honor and disgrace among female college students, optimizing environment and expanding content of honor and disgrace education of female college students.The study in this thesis states problems, causes and innovation ideas of on honor and disgrace education of female college students. It tends to have theoretical and practical significance on further research and developing of honor and disgrace education of female college students.
