The labor technical education plays an important part in basic education, taking on an important task of labor technology education for the student. In 2001 “ Basic Education Curriculum Reform Outline(trail) "gives a new interpretation to the labor technical education,which is regarded as an important way for an all-round implementation of quality education to cultivate talents for the construction of the social development. Qingdao Education Center of Comprehensive Practice of Middle School Students is a school for labor technology and undertakes the tasks of the labor technical education for middle school students in Qingdao. Due to the restriction of curriculum, there are still some problems, for example, teaching quality is not very high and teaching periods are insufficient. In recent years, with the rapid development of information and communication technology, information technology is becoming more and more closely combined with teaching. Micro class has many features, such as brief, flexible,concise and takes only a short time, which is increasingly brought to the attention of the education experts. All kinds of schools and education institutions have also started to study and discuss the micro class. Therefore, the micro class is more and more popular, which has developed rapidly both at home and abroad as a new means of education.At present, there is the lack of application research on micro class for labor technology.Since it is closely related to information technology, micro class is closely connected with the technology of labor. Therefore, micro class applied in labor technique teaching, not only has a unique advantage, but also can lead to great progress and development on both sides. Based on the further study of concept and characteristics of micro class and starting from the teaching practice of labor technology, this essay selects and excavates various functions to apply strategy to labor technology class for junior high school students. The author aims to further develop the function of micro class by doing the experiments on the application of micro class in the teaching in order to improve the quality of classroom teaching. The main content of this paper is as follows:The first chapter, states the background and significance of this study. This chapterexpounds the present status of research on micro class in detail at home and abroad, and puts forward the aim of this study, content, ideas and methods.The second chapter, represents the concept of micro class and analyzes the characteristics,classification and function of micro class. Theoretical basis of micro class is represented in detail in this chapter.The third chapter, first of all, the feasibility of micro class is analyzed by applying to the labor technology teaching, and then puts forward the design ideas and principles of micro teaching resources. Secondly, this chapter introduces the methods and process of the development of micro teaching resources. The author finally introduced micro class teaching resources about architectural model designed and exploited by the author.The fourth chapter, states the basis of micro class application strategy in architectural model course of labor technology and puts forward the following several application strategies:preparation before class, preview before class, guide to have interest, demonstration, review and consolidate, consolidate after class and extension after class. This chapter also states something needs attention in micro class application.The fifth chapter, the chapter expounds the design and implementation of micro class teaching experiment and presents two complete teaching cases. There are detailed records of teaching and analysis of usage of micro class. Then further illustrates its specific application in teaching.The sixth chapter, interprets analysis results of the experimental data in detail, analyzes experimental results and summarizes the teaching experience. Through the teaching experiment,it is proved that applying micro class to teaching can improve the interest of students in architectural model course and students' practical operating ability and make students be more active so that it can improve quality of teaching and students' work.The seventh chapter, summarizes experience and the insufficiency of this research, analyzes the problems existing in the research and points out the direction of future research.
