The demand of creative talents is increasing in the time of outbreak of social culture, science and technology. But the cultivation of these talents mostly carries out in school education. Therefore, teachers take the responsibility to cultivate students' creativity and promote the development of students' creative thinking.Understanding the teachers' implicit creativity theory can enrich and update the content of educational training and make educators truly realize the importance to have correct implicit creativity and high innovative teaching behavior for a better development.Higher and lower scores upon their implicit creativity views and innovative teaching behavior can convince the teachers that they are closely bound up with students' creativity cultivation but not an irrelevant relationship and that they can provide fundamental assistance for students' creativity promotion. The main conclusions of this research are as follows:(1)On the whole, there is no difference in sex upon the implicit theory of teachers' creativity. There are significant differences in age,the length of service, professional title. To some extent, teachers' implicit creativity theory will be increased with rising of age,the length of service.(2)There are significant differences between men-teachers and women-teachers upon their creative teaching behavior,in detail, male teachers are inferior to female teachers upon independence, integration, judgement and flexibility action. But there is no distinction in perspectives of subjects and grades upon the teachers' innovative teaching. Moreover, the teachers who have higher implicit creativity views mostly have more creative teaching action than those who have lower implicit creativity views.(3)The test of students' creativity tendency finds that students have the highest score in curiosity but the lowest score in adventure spirit. There are significant differences in adventure spirit and curiosity but no differences in challenge and imagination between boys and girls. To a certain extent, creativity tendency level of students will be increased with rising of grade.(4)There are remarkable differences in students' creativity tendency hinging on double high teachers and double low teachers. But this case only exists in eight-grade and nine-grade students.Specifically, the students taught by teachers who have higher implicit creativity views also have balanced-development and higher levels in their creativity tendency than those students taught by teachers who have lower implicit creativity views.(5)Significant positive correlation exists between students' creativity and teachers' implicit creativity theory and creative teaching behavior. The teachers' teaching behaviors like integration, motivation, judgment, flexibility, evaluation and problem-solving action will vary with the teachers' attitude toward creative students and concept of the element of creativity.Besides, there is also correlation between teachers' integration, flexibility and problem-solving creative teaching actions and their creativity cultivation concept.(6)The teachers' implicit creativity views can positively predict their innovation of teaching actions and students' creativity tendency as well. The teachers' innovational teaching behavior can positively predict their students' creativity tendency. To move forward a single step, making teachers' creative teaching behaviors as the intervening variable explores the relationship between teachers' implicit creativity views and their students' creativity tendency.Another finding is teachers' implicit creativity views influence their students' creativity tendency via implementing their explicit creative teaching actions.
