The 21st century is a new era of knowledge economy, for knowledge has been a continuous power of development and prosperity of a country . So more and more attention is paid to the importance of the personal character to innovation, and to train innovative staff is the key object of school education.The study, applying the questionnaire method, discusses the influences of implicit theory of creativity and parenting pattern on creativity personality. A total of 615 undergraduates from colleges were chosen to carry out the questionnaire and analysis was done. The contents of the researches involve implicit theory of creativity, parenting pattern and creativity personality, etc.Results of the research are:(1) The interrogee is inclined to a view of increase of implicit theory of creativity, that is to say, efforts and environment can boost creativity. In details, creativity is great different between sexes; imagination is markedly different between specialties; creativity and association are remarkably influenced by the education degree of father; association, creativity and agility are prominently influenced by the occupation of father; imagination and inspiration are notably influenced by the education degree of mother;association, creativity imagination are markedly influenced by the occupation of mother.(2) The relationship between implicit theory of creativity and creativity personality is: correlation coefficient between the character of challenge of creativity personality and creativity is -.117, that between implicit theory and the character of challenge of creativity personality and association is -.080, that between susceptibility and creativity -.089, that between susceptibility and association -.099, that between association and creativity -.110, that between association and imagination -.081, that between association and thinking agility -.086, that between association and implicit theory -.089 and that between independence and creativity is -.107.(3) The relationship between creativity personality and the education pattern of Father is: character of sociable is closely correlated with father's affection and preference; character of excited is markedly correlated with father's affection and degree of punishment;character of challenge is markedly correlated with father's severe degree of punishment, preference and refusing and denying; character of adventure is significantly correlated with affection, excessive interference and preference; character of susceptibility is significantly correlated with affection and degree of punishment; character of imagination is significantly correlated with refusing and denying; character of agility is significantly correlated with father's affection and degree of punishment; character of self-discipline is significantly correlated with father's affection, degree of punishment, preference, refusing and denying and overprotection.(4) The relationship between creativity personality and the education pattern of mother is: character of sociable is closely correlated with mother's affection and preference; character of excited is markedly correlated with mother's affection ;character of challenge is markedly correlated with mother's severe degree of punishment, overprotection and refusing and denying; character of adventure is significantly correlated with affection; character of susceptibility is significantly correlated with affection; character of imagination is significantly correlated with overprotection ,refusing and denying; character of agility is significantly correlated with mother's affection , degree of punishment ,and degree of punishment; character of self-discipline is significantly correlated with mother's affection, degree of punishment, refusing and denying and overprotection.(5) The relationship between implicit theory of creativity and parenting pattern is no difference.The study show that the character of imagination ,the character of self-discipline,the character of independence,and the character of susceptibility of graduate's creativity personality have reached significantly level;and have association with the gender of graduate;parenting pattern and graduate's gender have relationship with the character of susceptibility and the character of independence.
