The new national curriculum reform stressed:for a long time to change students passive learning, to advocate independent learning. Autonomous learning is one of the current curriculum reform advocates learning style. Currently theories on English autonomous learning has been very mature, and have a lot of empirical research, the study of the theory of self-learning mostly attributed to factors internal and external factors, many studies have reach an agreement:for the cultivation of learners' autonomous learning ability that teachers has played a key role. However, most of the studies factors influencing the limit of traditional classroom teaching, and for technical support, specific to the theory and practice of teachers affect high school English autonomous learning research still needs further discussion.To study the effect of high school English teachers conduct autonomous use of technology factors which, this study was based on interviewing research to build a combination of relevant references theory "Technical environment of English autonomous learning teacher support factors conceptual models." The study did an empirical research using SPSS and AMOS as the main tools to do the data descriptive analysis,reliability and validity analysis,fit-indices test,and hypothesis test,revealing the model involved the various factors on learner autonomy using of technology learning behavior of direct or indirect effects, as well as the relationship between the factors.This paper is divided into six parts:Part1 introduces the research background and issues, research content and methods, purpose and significance, research route;Part2 summarizes the relevant theory and literature review; Part3 design interview based on the theory of literature and then analyze the results of the interview, it was established the English autonomous learning teacher support influencing factors models,through the interview study and the analysis of results. And put forward the research hypothesis; Part4 using the structural equation model of professional statistical tools to set model and hypothesis has carried on the empirical test, the hypothesis for further verification conclusion;Part5 made the summary of the full article; Part6 the study of deficiencies and future prospects. In this paper, it is concluded that the influence of various factors on learner autonomy in the use of technology learning behavior. And put forward advice for teachers that try your best to support and guide students. This is also the aim of this study, what is the purpose of the study.
