The rapid development of information technology has materially changed the presentationof video open class. Based on the support of network learning platform, traditional forms of openclass are transformed into video open class. At present, more and more universities have builtvideo open class, more and more researchers focus on the use of video open class factors.Although the number of video open class is increasing, the usage of video open class is notsatisfactory. This study is based on student satisfaction, and analyzes the factors of affecting thevideo open class usage by use structural equation model. The research purposes are to provide atheoretical reference and feasible suggestions for the designers, so as to the designers can designa more satisfactory video open class, and improve the efficiency of video open class.This study uses three research methods: literature analysis, questionnaire and structuralequation analysis to search the factors that influences the use of video open class. Firstly, using aliterature analysis, the researcher found out the factors that affected the usage of video openclasses and constructed the video open class model based on a literature review and theAmerican Customer Satisfaction Index model; Secondly, four representative schools (ShandongUniversity, Shandong Normal University, Jinan University and Qilu University of Technology)were chosen.300students of the four schools were selected as sample and data was collected. Atotal of500questionnaires were sent out,82questionnaires were returned, the number of invalidquestionnaires is26, which ultimately determined the number of valid questionnaires are456.There are397students watched the video open class, and they will be the basis forcorrecting the model; Thirdly, analyze the data by using structural equation analysis method,updating and validating the model according to the data, to explore and validate the thereasonableness of the model; Fourthly, probing the main factors affecting the use of video openclass, and provide recommendations for designers of video open class.Conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The whole model is a new exploration in thelearner`s satisfaction perspective, the model analyzed the factors that influences the use of videoopen class, is more in line with the requirements of the times and reflects the role of video openclass education;2.Factors affecting students’ usage of video open class are: the image of theschool, student expectations, perceived quality, perceived value, student satisfaction and studentloyalty. School image, student expectations, perceived quality, perceived value, and student satisfaction factors may directly or indirectly affect student loyalty thereby affecting the studentsto use the video open class.
