In the 21 st century,we are in the era of informatization and globalization.The widespread application of new technologies such as cloud computing,big data,Internet of Things,and mobile computing has had a huge impact on human production and lifestyles.At the same time,it has also promoted the continuous development of education.With the in-depth advancement of education informatization,the development of college education informatization is in full swing.Online teaching has brought new opportunities and challenges to the reform and development of higher education teaching,but the various problems that have come with it are becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,teachers need to know more about the learning experience of students during online learning.Which factors will directly affect,and which factors will indirectly affect the learning experience of students in online learning? What is the logical relationship between the various influencing factors? The excellent online learning experience of learners directly affects the success of online course design,and it is of great significance for improving the quality of online teaching and should be taken seriously.This study focuses on the research of the influencing factors of the "Online School" learning experience of J University undergraduates.First of all,through reviewing and combing the literature on the related fields of online learning experience,combined with interviews and surveys,extract the variables of influencing factors.Secondly,combined with the results of expert consultation,define the logical relationship between various influencing factors,using the ISM method,with the help of MATLAB 2019 a mathematical software to quantify the relationship between each influencing factor.Construct a multi-level hierarchical structure model of the influencing factors of the "Online School" learning experience of J University undergraduates according to the divided levels.Thirdly,the questionnaire wasIVdesigned using Likert's five-point scale scoring method,and an online questionnaire was distributed to undergraduates from the School of Computer Science and Technology of J University through the "Questionnaire Star" platform.These undergraduates once took the professional course "Advanced Language Programming" on the "Online School" platform.Using SPSS 22.0 statistical analysis software to conduct a scientific statistical analysis of the valid questionnaires recovered,and found that teaching ability,perceived usefulness,teaching strategies,resource characteristics,perceived interaction,learning input and learning motivation are the main influencing factors of learning experience of undergraduates in J University based on "Online School".Based on this,the model is reconstructed and corresponding research hypotheses are proposed.Fourthly,using the SEM analysis method and AMOS 24.0 statistical software to construct the structural equation model of factors affecting the learning experience of the "Online School" undergraduates of J University,the theoretical model and research hypothesis are tested.According to the test results,the initial hypothesis model is appropriately modified.The research shows that teachers' teaching ability has a significant positive impact on teacher's teaching strategies and resource characteristics,and has a relatively strong impact on teaching strategies.The learner's perceived usefulness positively significantly affects the learner's perceived interaction and learning motivation.The teacher's teaching strategies are positively affecting learner's perceived usefulness and learning input,and have a relatively strong influence on perceived usefulness.The resource characteristics positively and significantly affect teacher's teaching strategies,learner's perception interaction and learning motivation.The learner's learning input positively affects the learner's perception interaction.The learner's learning motivation is significantly affecting the learner's learning input.Finally,from the four aspects "paying attention to individual demands,realizing value propositions","Paying Attention to Teachers' Quality,Improving Teaching Ability","Focusing on Interactive Feedback,Building a Community of Teachers and Students" and "Optimizing Curriculum Resources,Improving Platform Design",the paper puts forward the optimization strategies of "online school" learning experience forundergraduates of J University.
