Micro-lectures refers to the video as the main carrier to record the teacher in the classroom teaching process around a point of knowledge or teaching and learning activities carried out in the whole process of teaching and learning activities. Small and Micro-lecturesin form of text, pictures, music, etc.. For students, the "Micro-lectures" can better meet the students' individual learning of different disciplines, as well as the choice of learning, is an important supplement and development of traditional classroom learning resources. For teachers, teachers in the teaching and learning of the real, concrete, typical case scenarios can be easy to realize the "tacit knowledge", "tacit knowledge" higher order thinking skills learning, and achieve the teaching concept, skill, style of imitation, migrating and upgrading, in order to elevate the level of the teachers' classroom teaching, promote teachers' professional development. We found on the Internet to the Chinese micro class, online almost no Mongolian Micro-lectures, the class taught in Mongolian brought great inconvenience, because some students Chinese level is not good, so understanding is difficult, physics class encountered many nouns or content, the teacher followed the micro classes as frequency translation many times to the students, will consume a lot of class time.
