Recently,education is becoming more and more high-technological because of the development of new technology,so teaching is not only limited in the classroom,but also become connected with Internet and other high-techs.Under the circumstance of EQO Education,e-learning has also become a part of it.The flooding of the design of the guiding paper can meet the demand to some degree,which can improve the self-study ability of students.However,it has the problem of becoming a mere formality because it can't solve some actual problems,which does harm to learning research and reviewing of knowledge learned.When we apply Micro-lectures to our teaching,students can find it easy to get the difficult and important points of the class and can also broaden the origin of knowledge.But only using Micro-lectures in class is limited according to school's condition,and it can't match the demand of teachers' leading role,which will limit the advantages of Micro-lectures.Therefore,the author try to use the way of ”Khan College” to make micro-lectures and make it the assistance in physics class in high schools.Of course,we also make it work with the guiding paper to help students solve the problems and help us teachers improve ourselves by gaining experience,that is,education is a two-way process.This paper applies the approach of literature survey to know those papers on the development of Micro-lecture both at home and abroad and the author did some research on some experiments.On the basis of those efforts,the author matches the guiding paper with Micro-lecture to make it the assistance of teaching so that they can function much better together.Firstly,the teachers use the guiding paper in class and then use micro-lectures to work as the supplement according to our experiences and the feedback of the students.Firstly,students with guiding paper and find some problems they can solve with the help of micro-lectures.In this paper,I introduce the ways of making micro-lectures and discuss the specific applications in concept?law and Practice teaching.Before the research,we firstly do some research on and analyze students' learning conditions,so that we can compare their grades.At last,i try to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of micro-lectures,expecting them to function much better.After a term's study,both students' learning states and habits have changed a lot andtheir grades improved as well,which shows that micro-lectures are practical in class.
