Along with the reform and development, constantly growing demand for new talent, requests the way students learn should change from learn to learning and efficient learning, and to change the way key lies in learning process, students can make effective self-monitoring. Based on the research, chemical self-monitoring learning ability can be divided into four aspects: planning strategy ability, control ability, feedback regulation ability and evaluation ability; In this paper, using literature analysis and field survey method, taking a key high school in Ganzhou city as the research object, by using a self-designed questionnaire and by SPSS17.0 research on the status quo of the self-monitoring learning ability of high school, found that the self-controlling ability of students is generally weak, mainly in the planning strategy, monitoring and summary evaluation of the ability of the poor, in the feedback regulation has done relatively well; From three aspects of teachers, students and the environment, the factors that affect the ability of self monitoring are analyzed, and puts forward some strategies to improve students' self learning chemistry monitoring ability: “target teaching method”, “self questioning sheet”, “reflective chemistry notes” and “Thinking aloud method”; Teaching practice, the author respectively from inside and outside of classroom chemistry students self-monitoring ability to intervene to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the four strategies, and points out that based on target guidance and problem solving as the core of the classroom teaching mode, and the thinking aloud method in the process of solving problem of self questioning sheet training all can improve the students' self-monitoring ability level, So as to improve the accuracy and efficiency of chemical problem solving, it can also effectively cultivate students' abilities.
