Networked learning is a development trend of education and teaching, has the superiority of abundant learning resources, diversified forms, less environmental restrictions and free study time. Most learning content in networked learning comes from the Internet, is the electronic information distributed in network. The form of networked learning resource is variety, such as electronic document, picture, record, video or the web page organized by those element and so on. The networked learning resource can be saved and viewed in many hardware devices, can be sent over network, is convenient to be saved and spread. Due to the advantages of networked learning resource, the mode of networked learning is widely accepted by learners, and have good social effect, then get the concern from different sectors of the society.Semantic web ontology has the characteristic of semantic property, and has breakthrough meaning to artificial intelligence and knowledge engineering in computer field. Apply semantic web ontology to education give new hope to educational technology research and development, a new concept named education semantic web come out. The potential of using education semantic web in networked learning is huge, but few research on it, this part is still need to be rich.A weak point in networked learning mode is the lack of teachers teach, the teacher's guidance in record or video can not solve the question generated in learning process, learners are easy to stuck in those question, this situation should be solved. Some mode of using semantic web technology assist learning is to add learning content to ontology, but it increase the weight of ontology, turned the ontology core from semantic characteristic to content, we need a solution to satisfy the system information need and also reduce the ontology weight.In this paper, we get course terms semiautomatic by deal the result of chinese segmentation system with programming; use protégé to construct course ontology; fragmented course content, abstract the content of each knowledge point as single resource, set as system built-in resource; gather web links about knowledge point, set as system external resource; establish mapping file record the mapping from knowledge point to system built-in resource and external resource; use semantic web ontology technology, database technology, web technology build a assisted learning system based on education semantic web, achieve a system show the logic relationship between knowledge points and knowledge concept through course ontology and mapping files.In this system, the knowledge architecture contained in course ontology can make up the weak point in networked learning. The knowledge point concept fragmented from course content can solve the problem generate in learning process due to learners are unfamiliar to knowledge point concept. The mapping files reduce the weight of ontology and extend the resources of system. System achieves the function to assist learner's learning process, improve the efficiency of networked learning.
