Research On Networked Learning Community Construction Of Graduate Students Of Educational Technology

The goal of education is to cultivate high-quality compound talents who can adapt to social development,so it is an important research topic to deal with challenges of the new era by applying advanced technology to renovate the traditional education model. Graduate students as senior talents cultivated by countries play an improving role in society development. But recently years, the phenomenon of"not enough to satisfy everyone"which has been caused by graduate student increasing enrollment reduced graduate training quality to a certain degree, networked learning community which is formed by combining network and learning community ease the phenomenon to some degree. Networked learning community also attracted the attention of education technology researchers.The networked learning community discussed in this paper focus on graduate students of Educational Technology to create learning environment which can fully reflects the graduate students'dominant position in order to promote the communication and collaboration between graduate students, the formation of the innovative ability and the ability of autonomous learning. This enables the student to move toward technology-based learning including innovative learning, autonomous learning, collaborative learning and so on.This paper researches networked learning community of graduate students of Educational Technology combining theory and practice by literature methodology, investigation methodology, experimental research and so on. Firstly, this research detailed analyzed the origin, domestic and overseas research and the subject characteristics of educational technology, and then compile"Questionnaire on construction situation of networked learning community of graduate students of educational technology". By a sample survey to graduate students of educational technology this research acquired their demands, the situation of network learning community construction and Proposal. On this basis, the paper explained the principles, policies, the elements and the relationship between them and every part in detail and constructed graduate students networked learning community model in theory as the guide. By designing network learning community, the author develop a networked learning platform for graduate students of educational technology, and also tested and evaluated the platform through practicing in order to make perfected.
