According to statistics, about 10%-15% teenagers can not finish their studies that they were told to. Learning disabilities can seriously hinder the physical and mental development of young people, but also the family harmony, social development. The learning disorder refers to a phenomenon which has obvious defects in the learning process of the specific learning skills. The children who has learning disabilities showed a very inconsistent with the expectations in listening, speaking, reading, writing, mathematics, direction discrimination and other fields. Learning disabilities are not the final result of feeling, exercise, mental, emotional or learning opportunities, but more like a process. Basic learning processes include perception, integration, oral expression and nonverbal expression.Using the method of literature, questionnaire, interview and other methods we have investigated the current problems of English learning of 3-6 grade primary school students and put forward the corresponding solutions. First the researcher reviewed the domestic and foreign literatures of learning disabilities and English learning disabilities and summarized and analyzed the current domestic and foreign research on English learning disabilities.Secondly, on the basis of the existing questionnaire, we have made the questionnaire of English learning status of primary school students under the guidance of the tutor. In form of questionnaire we have examined part of 3-6 grade elementary students of Hohhot and their English teachers and parents were interviewed. Finally, basedon the analysis of the results of the survey and interview, the improvement strategies were given.(1)a variety of forms to stimulate students' internal motivation to learn English(2)teachers play a leading role on children's English learning(3)schools should arrange English teaching with the teaching tasks reasonably(4)family and school education should be combined.
