The Research On Transporting Basketball Talents From College Athletics To Professional Leagues

For recent years,Chinese Basketball Association and other national basketball associations have improved competitive level and influence by reformation and external aid.Along with improving national cultural needs, professional league has experienced a rapid growth time with important opportunities. However,from the view of national basketball association, the amount of excellent players is unequal with the development of the national basketball association. As the traditional sports work team pattern is totally independent of the education system,basketball players' cultural quality and comprehensive quality can not satisfy the social development. The cultivation scale is going down,which has a strong impact on the training of athletic basketball reserve personnel.looking at American National Basketball Association with the best basketball competitiveness in the world,the essence of its lasting competitiveness is the training system of reserve personnel in the campus. The numerous campus basketball talents promote the development of professional basketball vigorously.The opinion of that high level sports team is the most important ways for the healthy and sustainable development of athletics sports was put forward in The Comment On Further Strengthening the Construction of High Level Sports Teams in Colleges,which was released in 2005 by the ministry of education and national sports administration. It is certain that the joint of college basketball and national basketball training system of reserve personnel is inevitable of training high-qualified basketball players,which benefits not only sustainable development of professional and college basketball but also the reform and innovation of the training of professional basketball reverse personnel. This research studies the relevant factors of influence of Chinese college basketball transporting talents to national basketball association,based on the general condition of college transporting talents to national basketball association and the current status of training college basketball talents in Guang Dong Province by documentation method,survey method,expert interviews method, which provides a base for forming a good system of Chinese basketball association. The research has made conclusions as follows:1.Currently,as the traditional sports work team pattern is going down rapidly,which has an influence on talent population base,along with uneven development of clubs. It is unable to sustain a perfect reserve young talent system.we should learn from the successful experience of the United States NCAA, repositioning the role of the colleges in basketball reserve talent training, making full advantages of colleges,building a new backup talent cultivation system under the new situation.2.A few of players from CUBA joined in CBA,WCBA and NBL in recent years. The good performance of college players, like Han Dejun,Zeng Lingxu,Shao Ting,Wu Di,makes people see the potential of college players. But the amount of transporting players has not formed scale and there is a gap between players' competitiveness and professional league.3.The dissociation of professional leagues is the biggest problem in the training system of college basketball talents. It lacks of cooperation between sports and education, which blocks the development of both advantages and the effect of Chinese basketball reserve personnel.4.It lacks connection between college athletics basketball and professional leagues in training objective,admission system,training system and coach level,which is the main cause of the problem of transporting talents. The two has not built the same objective system,lacking of cooperation mechanism and the share in resource.5.The professionalism of professional basketball matches is still premature. The disadvantages of the security system for players and the laws and regulations have an impact on transporting talents from college to professional leagues.
