An Analysis Of The Development Prospects Of My Country's Men's Professional Basketball Talent Training

CBA league represents the highest level of men's competitive basketball in China and is the source of talent transmission for men's basketball in China.The quality of training men's professional basketball talents in China has a direct impact on the level of men's basketball in China.With the professional reform of CBA league,CBA League has become the top professional basketball league for men in Asia after many years of operation,but in the training of reserve talents,it still relies on the talent training system of traditional sports,forming the current shortage of professional basketball talents for men in China,the difficulty of replacing old and new teams in the front line of the club,and the serious gap in the training of reserve talents.In the period of planned economy,our country carried out the training mode of sports talents of the whole nation system,and produced a large number of excellent athletes for Chinese basketball.However,with the development of market economy,the development of the traditional training mode of sports talents is becoming more and more difficult.The worrying prospect of athletes' selection and employment requires our men's professional basketball to speed up the implementation of the new training mode of combining sports with education.However,the way of transferring school sports talents to professional leagues is not smooth,which makes the development of the talent training mode of combining sports and education in a stagnant stage.This paper mainly adopts the methods of documentation,statistics,comparative analysis and logical analysis,through reviewing the development course of talent training in CBA league matches in China,and investigating and analyzing the current situation of training reserve talents in men's professional basketball in China,to find out the key factors that restrict the development of talent training in men's professional basketball in China at the present stage,and to compare the advantages of basketball at home and abroad.Based on the experience of training basketball talents,this paper puts forward the development trend of the target mode of training men's professional basketball talents in the future.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Through the comparative analysis of the training system of men's professional basketball talents in the United States,the results show that the training mode of combining sports and education will continue to be the development direction of the training of men's professional basketball talents in China for a long time.2.The training of professional basketball talents can not be separated from the coordination and cooperation of sports system and education system.It opens up a new way for the training of professional basketball talents and brings school sports talents into the category of selecting professional basketball players.3.Clubs need to face up to the importance of reserve personnel training,improve the echelon construction at all levels,and increase the investment in personnel training.4.Perfect the competition management mechanism of young talents,establish national basketball games with longer competition cycle and more abundant matches,and provide a stable and sustainable competition platform for young reserve talents.5.Strengthen the construction of grass-roots coaches,improve work treatment,attract professional talents,optimize the team of team coaches,refine the team coaches' eye function,and scientifically control the daily training of professional basketball talents6.Improve the management and training of registered athletes of the Chinese basketball association,track the data of men's professional basketball reserve talents of the Chinese basketball association,understand the growth and performance of athletes and make corresponding adjustments to the training process of athletes in time.
