The Transportation Of Reserve Talents In Traditional High School Basketball Sports Schools In Henan Province Research On Influencing Factors And Countermeasures

With the gradual promotion of the traditional characteristic school of basketball sports in the training of young basketball reserve talents,and the integration of sports and education background,it is proposed to solve the problem of the channel of sports reserve talents entering school,basketball sports school with traditional characteristics of the issue of talent reserve has gradually become the focus.In the high school basketball sports traditional characteristic school in Henan province,while achieving good results,the loss of reserve talent,the channel of reserve talent transmission is blocked,and other problems affect the rate of reserve talent transmission.In order to ensure the sustainable development of basketball traditional characteristic school sending reserve talents,this study hopes to investigate the influencing factors of basketball traditional characteristic school sending reserve talents in high school of Henan province,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current transportation and the factors affecting the transportation,in order to put forward feasible suggestions for improving the transportation rate and quality of reserve talents in traditional basketball schools of high school in Henan province.This research mainly uses the literature method,the logical analysis method,the rank sum algorithm,the investigation method,the mathematical statistics method and so on methods to carry on the research to the Henan province high school basketball tradition characteristic school reserve talented person transportation influence factor,through the investigation of the current transportation mode and the influencing factors of the transportation in the traditional characteristic schools of basketball sports,and through the methods of scientific research such as expert interview and expert investigation,constructing the index system of influencing factors on the transportation of reserve talents in traditional high school basketball sports in Henan province,the weight coefficient of the first grade index in the factor system of transporting basketball reserve talents in traditional basketball schools of high school in Henan province is determined by using the rank sum algorithm,the firstlevel indicators,in order of importance,are: Athlete Factor,transportation and policy factor,sports training factor,university,club,professional team factor,coach factor,competition factor,traditional school factor of high school basketball,the athlete factor and the transportation and the policy factor become the influence Henan province high school sports tradition characteristic school basketball reserve talented person transportation important factor.The weight coefficients of 44 secondary indexes in the factor system of transporting basketball reserve talents in traditional high school sports schools in Henan province are determined by using the rank sum algorithm,the second-level indicators ranked in order of the top 7 according to the importance degree are: the individual sport ability of the athletes,the unblocked degree of the Transportation Channel,the degree of policy concern,the psychological quality of the athletes,the coaching ability of the coaches,the diversity degree of the transportation path,the development intention of the athletes themselves.This study puts forward the following suggestions to improve the transportation rate and quality of reserve talents in traditional basketball schools of high school in Henan province:(1)To improve the selection criteria for reserve talents in basketball,strengthen the scientific selection of talents,strengthen the incentive mechanism,enhance the initiative of independent training of reserve talents,and respect the development of talents through management innovation.(2)Standardizing transportation channels;improving the matching of talents;opening up and innovating transportation channels;widening sources of funds and improving diversified funding guarantee.(3)Sticking to the principle of putting people first,carrying out scientific and reasonable training,and strengthening the guarantee of venues,facilities and equipment.(4)To strengthen the solution to the athletes’ outlet,employment,attract athletes;universities,clubs,professional teams to innovate the competition talent selection model.(5)To strengthen the construction of coaches,improve the quality of coaches themselves,improve the management system of coaches,deepen the assessment of coaches,increase the transfer of bonuses,increase the enthusiasm of grass-roots coaches.(6)To reform the competition system,give full play to the leverage of competition and increase the number of competitions;to promote substitution of competition for training and to strengthen exchanges and learning among athletes at all levels.(7)To enhance understanding,increase the strength of security;improve the school training model,scientific training,enhance the confidence of athletes.
