| Our country started the government purchase of public services research at the end of the 20 th century, through exploration and development, the sports industry association received a more broaden space for development, and more and more tending to the social market development.In this paper, under the perspective of government purchasing public sports, using Guangzhou taekwondo as a case study,and analyze the head of Guangzhou taekwondo association. Meanly analyze the taekwondo association measures in the process of government purchase, and the advantages and disadvantages of the impact of these measures. In the new reform situation, these scientific research can provide basic theory for other social sports organizations in transition phase.what is more,it can supply more helps for reference its own construction and to speed up the government to provide excellent service to the industry. In this paper, taking the government buying services of Guangzhou taekwondo association as the study case, using the effect factors as the research object,and using the literature material method to collect government purchasing information in our county and out of our country, And then,through interviewing the secretary of the association to collect government purchase public sports services.Finally, using the logic analysis,to analysis the impact of the development to the Guangzhou, and found that the Guangzhou government purchasing public sports to the city has a certain role in promoting taekwondo association, which is optimizing the internal organization system, the service quality and the efficiency. The association is security administration, the politics will not completely separated,association is restricted by the government, the problem such as buying process is not strictly. So, I put forward suggestions on the internal organization structure construction, human resources construction, administration system building level and purchase operation supervision evaluation level. |
