In recent years, with the continuous improvement of communication technology, and people living standard, the handset media is widely used and popular, people's life style has changed dramatically. Mobile media environment gradually formed, becomes the biggest environment problem that the current ideological and political education faces in China. Ideological and moral education is generally referred to as the ideological and political education in the junior middle school stage, it aims to comprehensively improve the ideological and moral and political quality of junior middle school students, help them set up the correct world outlook, the outlook on life and values. In the handset media highly popular today, therefore, the ideology and moral character education in junior high school students in China are inevitably from all kinds of influence of mobile media use. As network media, mobile media is also a "double-edged sword", it has brought many new opportunities for junior middle school students thought moral education, and at the same time, it also has brought many new challenges. In the adolescent stage of the junior middle school students are the future of our country and the nation's hope, so that junior middle school thought moral character education is very important. And in the face of changes in the environment education, junior middle school thought moral character education that how to response, has become an important topic that the current junior middle school students ideological and moral education urgent need to solve.This article mainly to junior high school students and junior middle school thought moral character education workers as the object of investigation. In view of the junior high school students on the use of mobile media and its influence on junior middle school students thought moral education in-depth interviews and field research. Through investigation and study, there is a deeper understanding of the use of mobile phone media problems and its influence on the ideology and moral character education in junior high school students. On this basis, combining with literature, analysis the opportunities and challenges of the ideology and moral character education in junior high school students facing in the mobile media environment and actively explore the ways to strengthen the ideological and moral education in junior high school students.Full text is divided into three parts:The first part, overview of mobile media and the necessity to strengthen the ideological and moral education in junior high school students under the environment of mobile media. This part mainly expounds the concept of mobile media and related characteristics of mobile media, and demonstrates the necessity of strengthening the ideology and moral character education in junior high school students under the handset media environment,.The second part, an empirical analysis about the effect of ideological and moral education in junior high school students under the mobile media environment. Through the way of combining theoretical research and field interviews, dialectically analysis from two aspects of opportunities and challenges the junior high school students ideological and moral education influenced under the handset media environment. So that provide objective basis to junior middle school thought moral character education workers strengthen the moral education in junior high school students under the mobile phone media environment.The third part, the countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and moral education in junior high school students under the mobile media environment. For the bidirectional effect of ideological and moral education in junior high school students under mobile media environment, sating from the school, family and society three aspects, put forward the concrete countermeasures to using the opportunity, facing challenge, and constantly improve the effectiveness of ideological and moral education.
