Research Purpose:Study on young male and female foil athletes’ variation tendency of HB、BU and CK before the competition of Guang Dong Province.Study the athletes’ aerobic ability and anaerobic ability and the relationship between aerobic and anaerobic metabolism ability with body composition.Through the physiological、biochemical index to provide valuable data and practical data for sports training and provincial competition of fencing.Research Objects:Male fleuret athletes in training and the female athletes in training of Guang Zhou city.Total number was 16 people,eight were male foil fencers,the other were female foil fencers.All the athletes had no history of smoking and had good health through health routine examination.Training for more than 3 years,were the National Second-grade athletes or above.Research Methods:By using the experimental methods,the subjects performed the tests.The height and weight breathalyzer of Beijing Lu Derui Heng company to test the subjects’ height and weight.Backman DXC600 automatic biochemical analyzer was made by the USA and three blood cell analyzer was made by the German SYSMEX KX-21(N)to test the subjects’ HB、BU and CK indexes.Using German Hpcosmos professional exercise treadmill to test maximal oxygen uptake.Using the Swedish MONARK894E power bicycle of anaerobic to test anaerobic power.Using the Korean Inbody720 body composition analyzer to test body composition.Direct segment multi frequency bioelectrical impedance measurement and high accuracy of detection results of various human body composition.Research Results:(1)Young men and women foil fencers HB’ figure has the decreased trend with the increase of the training load.When the training load is reduced,gradually returned to baseline levels.Young men and women foil fencers’ BU and CK figures have the opposite trend compared with hemoglobin.BU,CK showed a rising trend with the increase of the training load.When the body has to adapt to the training load,BU and CK gradually returned to baseline levels.CK has significant changes in different stages.At the same time athletes’ HB、BU、CK figures returned to baseline levels and maintain a good functional status.But it does not exclude the individual differences.(2)Guangzhou team youth men and women foil fencers’anaerobic power and basic figures near Jiangsu Province before the competition.Foil fencers have good anaerobic metabolism ability as Jiangsu Province.At the same time foil fencers’ VO2max was close to the upper limit of adult athletes of China and.has good aerobic metabolism ability.And foil fencers’ maintain good physiological state.BW of Guangzhou youth men and women foil fencers changes in the range of figures according to the national standard of BW value in children and adolescents.There were not overweight or too skinny.IBM of Guangzhou youth men and women foil fencers is generally in the range of figures consistent with previous studies.Making a comparison with youth fencing athletes’ body fat percentage of Shanghai city.We know that male and female foil athletes’ body fat percentage did not reach the normal standard of obesity,or too low,but compared to their height and weight,figure of the test in the normal range.(3)Youth male and female foil fencers’VO2max have moderate or highly correlated with BW and IBM and have positive correlation(r=0.612~0.842,P<0.01~0.05).Correlation is significant.And have moderate or highly correlated with PBF and have negative correlation(r=-0.701~-0.654,P<0.05).Correlation is significant.And female’s foil fencers relative magnitude of maximal oxygen uptake has lower correlation with BW、IBM(r=0.124~0.204,P>0.05).At the same time have lower correlation or negative correlation with PBF(r=-0.126~0.075,P>0.05),correlation was not significant.Youth male and female foil fencers BW and IBM were closely related to the PP、AP and have positive correlation(r=0.654~0.905,P<0.01-0.05).Correlation is significant.And female’s foil fencers PBF has lower correlation or negative correlation with PP and AP(r=-0.331~0.398,P>0.05).Correlation was not significant.At the same time foil fencers keep good aerobic and anaerobic capacity.Research Conclusion:Young men and women foil fencers HB’ figure has the decreased trend with the increase of the training load.Young men and women foil fencers’ BU and CK figure have the opposite trend compared with hemoglobin.HB and BU were sensitive to the training load,CK is sensitive to the load intensity.At the same time athletes’ HB、BU、CK figures returned to baseline levels and maintain a good functional status.Youth female foil fencers’ IBM significantly lower than male fencers,but PBF was significantly highly than male fencers.Youth male and female foil fencers body composition were highly related to the anaerobic metabolism and aerobic metabolism ability.Foil fencers aerobic and anaerobic ability are good and maintain the best physiological state before the competition.
