Under the guidance of the Internet development trend and national policy platform,lifelong learners are facing the needs of human own development,and they are driven by the current situation of information technology development.More and more,they need the support of self-regulated learning model which be able to adapt to the era and personal development,and meet the national policy and the present situation of information technology.The learners' preference for self-regulated learning in personal learning environment and the characteristics of web2.0 tools provide a good opportunity for college students to carry out self-regulated learning based on web2.0 tools in personal learning environment.This research try to solve the problem that is how to build the model of self-regulated learning in personal learning environment based on web2.0 tools,which promotes better self-regulated learning results that students gain.In this study,it adopts literature research,investigation and experimental research method to explore the self-regulated learning model based on web2.0 tools in PLE from two aspects of theory and practice.In theory,the research is based on the existing learning theories of constructivism theory,distributive cognition and learning community theory.It analyzes the supporting role of Web2.0 tools for self-regulated learning in personal learning environment.The elements of self-regulated learning model based on web2.0tools in personal learning environment are analyzed in the research.And the research adopts learning design concept.In the guidance of design principles,the research builds self-regulated learning model based on web2.0 tools in PLE.In practice,the research is based on the current situation of self-regulated learning in personal environment for college students.It defines the topic of learning.And it makes the design for the specific learning topic from four aspects of preparation activities,implementation activities,reflection activities,feedback activities.Then,it conducts the empirical research based on the design.The research adopts interview method to investigate the result of experiment.Results shows that the self-regulated learning of applying to the model to a great extent can improve the learners' interest in learning,improve learners' ability to control learning activities with web2.0 tools and improve the development of students' principal role.Hope the study can provide some reference value to related research about self-regulated learning in personal learning environment to some extent.
