The dissertation studies the development and theories on Self-regulated study, analyzes the learning reform brought about by Internet, and interprets self-regulated study in the environment of Internet. Based on theories on studies, the dissertation analyzes students'Self-regulated study strategies and teaching strategies with approaches such as studying reference articles, careful observance and questionnaires, then sums up the mode of Self-regulated study of high school students in the environment of Internet. Based on the theoretical studies and physics in junior high school, the dissertation makes tentative study on teaching.Internet technology develops fast recently, and finds its way and brings about reform into many fields. The dissertation, combining theoretical study and practical study, discusses the strategies and approaches about how to take advantages of Internet technology to promote students'Self-regulated study ability. Guided by constructivism, we have made a series of comparatively thorough study. Using the previous achievements for reference, we work out Self-regulated learning strategies in the environment of Internet, and establish a system about students'Self-regulated learning norms. The achievements are applied into Teaching practice, arouse students'enthusiasm, interests and creativity, foster the students'Self-regulated learning ability, and lay foundation for students'life-long development. The practical study also provides scientific basis for the perfection of relative theories.The dissertation falls into five parts: the first part is Introduction; it tells about the background, the status quos, the purpose and the significance of the study.
