Objective: Balance training on specific joint proprioception is not clear, and the actual benefit in sports training is still uncertain. In this study, balance training intervention, explore the impact of balance training for lower limbs proprioceptive and related sports performance, trying to solve the problem of balance training can improve athletic performance mechanism.Provide theoretical references for balance training on specific joint proprioception, and how to balance training have a positive impact on athletic performance and provide experimental evidence. Methods: This study selected 20 experienced but there is no systematic training of lower extremity strength training, subjects were male, without lower extremity sports injuries.Randomly divided into two groups, namely balance experimental group and control group,10 people in each group.Experiments were carried out before and after the two groups of SEBT,the ankle position sense and force sense, the knee joint position sense,40 yards sprint tests,T-Test and drop jump, and then analyzed.Results:(1)after balance training, numerical experiment group SEBT test eight directions were significantly improved(P <0.05);(2)after balance training, both T-Test and 40-yard dash was no significant improvement(P> 0.05)the experimental group T-Test scores improved;(3)after balance training the experimental group subjects joint position sense(inversion ankle valgus, toe flexion, dorsiflexion)is significantly improved(P<0.05),ankle flexor muscle force sense significantly increased(P <0.05);(4)after balance training the experimental group subjects’ buffer stage centrifugal time was significantly shorter during drop jump(P <0.05).Conclusion:(1)standing,closed chain balance training can significantly improve the position sense of ankle varus, valgus, toe and dorsiflexion and ankle flexor muscle force sense;(2)standing,closed chain balance training can’t significantly improve the active knee joint position sense;(3)Standing,closed chain balance training can significantly improve deep jump buffer stage centrifugal time, which may related to the improved ankle dorsiflexion and eversion of position sense after balance training.
