| Objective: This paper mainly studies the influence of trunk pillar strength on the balance ability and performance of standing triple jump candidates in physical education college, and provides theoretical basis and practical support for standing triple jump training.Research methods: Using the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, experiment and other research methods, the influence of trunk pillar strength training on the standing triple jump balance ability was analyzed experimentally. In this experiment,24 students(male students)of the year 2022 physical education college in Guangdong Province were selected as the observation objects and randomly divided into experimental group(12 students)and control group(12 students). The experimental group received 10 weeks of training intervention. The changes of subjects’ motor performance, functional action screening(FMS),static balance test, dynamic balance(Y balance)test, trunk forward and backward tilt Angle, trunk left and right roll Angle before and after training were analyzed. The experimental results show that:1.After the experiment, the experimental group and the control group showed an average improvement of 0.969 m and 0.490 m in the standing triple jump, with an increase of 12.02% and 6.03%.2.After the experiment, the total scores of functional action screening(FMS)in the experimental group and the control group increased by 0.339 points and 0.170 points on average, with an increase ratio of 24.09% and 1.12%.3.After 10 weeks of training and intervention: the experimental group in the static test with eyes open and closed condition of the center of gravity locus and envelope area decreased, indicating that the static balance ability of the experimental group improved, while the control group in the static test with eyes open and closed condition of the center of gravity locus and envelope area basically unchanged, indicating that the static balance ability did not improve; In the dynamic balance(Y balance)test, the improvement value of left and right leg comprehensive value in the experimental group was 2.976 cm and 3.292 cm,and the improvement value of left and right leg comprehensive value in the control group was-0.21 cm and 0.655 cm.4.Comparison before and after the experiment of the forward and left tilting angles of each step of the standing triple jump: the P values of the experimental group in the first jump, stride jump and jump stage were all less than 0.05,and the forward and left tilting angles of the trunk in the air stage were closer to 90 degrees; In the control group, the P values of the first jump, stride jump and jump were all greater than 0.05,and there was no significant change.Research conclusion:1.After 10 weeks of trunk pillar strength training, physical education high examinees in the experimental group improved their standing triple jump performance more significantly than those in the control group. The trunk pillar strength training has positive influence on the standing triple jump performance of high school students.2.After 10 weeks of trunk pillar strength training, the Functional action screening(FMS)scores of physical education high school students in the experimental group improved more than those in the control group.3.After 10 weeks of trunk pillar strength training, the static and dynamic balance ability of the test group was better than that of the control group.Trunk pillar strength training has positive effect on the balance ability of standing triple jump.4.After 10 weeks of trunk pillar strength training, the forward and backward Angle of the body and the left and right Angle of the body of physical education high examinees in the experimental group were smaller in the airborne stage, and were more perpendicular to the horizontal plane than before the experiment. The trunk pillar strength training has a positive effect on the forward and backward leaning Angle of the body and the left and right swaying Angle of the body in the air stage which reflects the balance control ability of the standing triple jump candidates. |
