Science and education try to enhance the scientific literacy of students asthe fundamental purpose. High school chemistry curriculum as an important part of science education, should be to improve the students' scientific accomplishment and promoting the all-round development of students as the starting point and the foothold.With the gradual of college entrance examination reform, the deepening of the essence of education and the further development of teaching practice, promote the basic ideas of students from chemical has become a basic value orientation of chemistry teaching and practice.Students the basic ideas of chemistry concept of "matter", "the concept of particle", "the concept of element" eight aspects,including elements concept is the core idea, is the student in learning chemistry first come into contact with the concept of chemical characteristics of subjects. For the core concept of promoting, a lot of junior high school teachers and higher in the aspects of the students view of elements of concept formation play a role, but in view of the three when reviewing the total amounts of compounds to review will need to be more in-depth view of element,element and cannot be alone for a basic understanding of the concept, so this article in view of many scholars at home and abroad for the elements, on the basis of the concept and the teaching strategy,the basic form is the realization of the concept of "construction".humanism can better cultivate students' interests in chemistry learning,meta cognitive socialism can be more comprehensive develop the students' thinking development, and promote the specific knowledge of the digestion and absorption. To develop effective learning and teaching theory is not only to the amount of factual knowledge accumulation, more should be thinking ability as the finna lgoal of ascension. Middle school chemistry teaching must go beyond the pursuit of knowledge itself, based on the idea to construct the knowledge construction specific implementation.Concept based on the existing elements on the basis of the construction andpractice of literature research,the high school and high school teachers in the survey about chemical basic ideas,through the analysis of the results of the investigation,puting forward to promote element concept is given priority to the necessity and feasibility of teaching practice.
