With the rapid development of Internet and mobile intelligent terminals, network education has been accelerating. The emergence of MOOC(Massive Open Online Courses), has pushed the development of network education to a climax. Domestic and foreign well-known universities and institutions have joined the MOOC camp, in order to create a distinctive MOOC course platform. Compare with other Europe and the United States,our country's large-scale open on-line network course are weak in course construction and thoughts and ideas. In the process of MOOC construction,how to manage the existed MOOC resources for better development and localization,and combined with our own characteristic to build a quality MOOC is a needed problem that we have to solve at present.Through the research on the Chinese and foreign different MOOC platform course cases, combined with the domestic learners evaluation and experience about MOOC instructional study and summarized the different types of MOOC courses construction, we try to draw lessons from the experience of construction and evaluation activities for our better MOOC development. Also want to improve the problems of the network curriculum construction in our country, and hope to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the relevant personnel research in the MOOC platform curriculum design.Based on the analysis of the research background and the relevant research situation at home and abroad, we introduce the general situation of MOOC. This study focus on :We choose six typical courses from different domestic and foreign MOOC platforms as the research project. Then analysis these courses respectively from MOOC resources design, learning activity design, learning evaluation design perspective. Analysis how this six course resources been designed, understanding of which learning activities these courses have, and how this activities be organized and implemented. What evaluation methods these courses have taken in the course of the learning process and after finish the study of course. And discuss its worthy experience for our colleges and universities as reference.At the last, this study combines the construction experience of six MOOC,and the learning experiences and evaluation from different home learners about theselected case curriculum. And connected with the actual situation of China's College MOOC development, we put forward eight suggestions of MOOC instructional design. Ie.(1)Make sure the flexibility of curriculum setting.(2)Based on the characteristic of different subject and design plentiful of course learning resource.(3)Make sure the diversification of teaching activities design.(4) Adopt rationalization of teaching strategy design.(5)Change the simple teaching and learning format and make sure the vitality of the explanation course knowledge.(6) Make sure the comprehensiveness and fairness of the curriculum learning evaluation design.(7)Make sure the simplify of the teaching video design and the artistry of human-computer interface.(8)Improving instruction teachers personal and professional quality.
