Study On Constructing College Students' Spiritual Home

Spiritual home is the cultural identity and spiritual sustenance which is based on rational thinking and the ideal faith,is the meaning world and the ideal world consciously created by the human beings.Contemporary college students are the main force of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,so their spiritual life healthy or not directly decides the university students' growth.Visible,guiding and helping the university to build the spiritual home with meaning of life,ideal belief and ultimate concern for the kernel is imperative.This research,according to the present situation of the utiliarian value orientation,the missing ideal belief,the dviation from moral in the contemporary college students' spiritual home,which from this dimension of " grasp on thought,realize the human spirit of shape and construction,promote the all-around development of human beings",aims to explore the problem of contemporary college students' spiritual home,then make efforts to achieve the college education value demands' fundamental shift from tools to humanistic.In this paper,on the premise of clarifring the concept of spiritual home,combing and integrating the theories about spiritual home in Chinese and Western culture.At Xiamen university as an example,it investigate and analyze the current situation of contemporary university student spirit home.Aiming at the problems,the paper analyzes the main causes of university student spirit home loss from the aspects of society,university and individual one by one.Then it discusses the ways of reconstruction of the contemporary university students' spirit home.There are three levels.The society should play the leading role of socialist core values.The school should change the idea of education and promote the construction of campus culture.The individual should enhance the consciousness in order to build spiritual home.
