Early childhood plays an vital role in human life, all sorts of perception reasoning ability is very important and the function of preschool children's perception reasoning ability is also an important index of children's cognitive development. Therefore,this paper,in which discusses the development of children's perception reasoning ability,has important significance both in theoretical and practical.This study focusing on young children's perception reasoning ability,selected 12 kindergartens in three areas—zhengzhou city, luoyang city,and kaifeng city in henan province to study.340 children in total(including 110 children aged 3-4,114 children aged 4-5,116 children aged 5-6 among which are 174 boys and 166 girls). This study investigated the overall situation and characteristics of children's perception reasoning and its various dimensions(time perseption,spatial perception,picture of logic and logic resoning), the trend of the development of age and influence of different gender on children's perception reasoning ability, and the differences of children's perception reasoning ability in different economic development level areas and preschools of different level and nature.At last,We have the conclusions:1.3 to 6 years old children's perception reasoning ability at a general level. Compared with other three dimensions, children's ability on the picture cognitive is the highest,the spatial perception ability comes secondly, the accuracy of children's reasoning ability is the lowest.2.The trend of the age development is very significant in children's perception reasoning ability and different dimensions of cognition.The critical period of different four dimensions ability development is different.The difference between boys and girls' s perception reasoning only appear in the reasoning ability dimension.3. The children's perception reasoning ability has significant differences in areas of the level of economic development;The perception reasoning ability of the children from different level kindergartens also has a big difference.Children'sperception reasoning ability is higher in high level of economically developed areas and demonstration kindergartens,because these kindergartens can offer enough resource advantages.4. Children's perception reasoning ability has no difference in nature of the kindergarten.Finally, according to the conclusions of this study,the researchers put forward some suggestions:We should give the children appropriate eduction according to the age characteristics of the children, and to the sensitive period of chileren's perception reasoning;In order to promote the children's development perception reasoning ability,ordinary level kindergarten should provide adequate resources and environment;In addition, the government should treat different nature kindergartens, different level kindergartens equally.
